by Warren Bush on November 14,2016

The Tonawandas USBC is proud to announce changes to their youth scholarship program. There will now be two ways to earn scholarships. First, through bowling in our annual events. All bowlers who complete in all 3 of our youth tournaments (team, doubles, and singles) will be eligible for these awards. We are raising the amount for winning the Youth All-Events Scratch event to a $150 scholarship in each of the classes. The Youth All-Events winners in the handicap divisions will win a $100 scholarship.

We are also introducing the Kenneth Krieger Senior Scholarship. This scholarship will go to up to one boy and one girl who is a senior in high school and planning to go to college. The value of this scholarship will be $750.00 for each winner. This scholarship will require the applicant to fill out an application that includes an essay. Look for applications on the Tonawandas USBC website.
