The Tonawandas USBC Association held its 28th annual Keith Kreger Memorial Handicap Tournament at Manor Lanes on Sunday December 1, 2019. Twenty-five bowlers participated in this handicap tournament which is open to sanctioned bowlers who average 210 or lower. All participants bowled a three-game qualifier and the top five scores with handicap advanced to the eliminator-style finals.

Leading the qualifying round was Nicholas Dudkowski with 759 (597 scratch). He was followed by Paul Krafft with 747 (690 scratch), Pat Maddigan 697 (646 scratch), and Karla Ferger 695 (506 scratch). All four advanced to the eliminator finals.

In the first round on the finals, Nicholas Dudkowski lead the way with a 254 total (200 scratch), earning him a spot in the championship round. Pat Maddigan's 229 (212 scratch) and Karla Ferger's 229 (166 scratch) lead to a 9th & 10th frame roll off to determine the other spot for the championship round. Karla outlasted Pat 59 to 40 in the roll off to advance.

In the championship round, Karla Ferger rolled a 273 (210 scratch) to defeat Nicholas Dudkowski, who rolled a 262 (208 scratch).

Karla Ferger earned $220 for the win while Nicholas Dudkowski received $160 for his second place finish. Pat Maddigan and Paul Krafft all earned $60 for making it to the first round of the finals.
